I really like Farmacy products. I have tried a few, and they are all pretty good at doing what they say they will. This is one of my favorites. It is such a smooth, silky balm that glides on and feels so nourishing on dry skin. It is great at removing makeup for the most part, although it doesn’t always remove all of my mascara. I normally prefer fragrance free products for my face and all of the Farmacy products I have tried so far do have fragrance, but I have never had an issue with them on my sensitive skin. This has a light, pleasant scent. It leaves my dry skin clean, soft, hydrated and looking refreshed after use. If you use heavy makeup, this may not be ideal for you, or you may need to go in with a 2nd application to remove makeup completely. But if you don’t wear a lot or have dry skin and just need a really gentle and hydrating but effective cleansing balm, this is a great one.

I have to wear waterproof mascara most of the year due to allergies but I hate how hard it is to get off. I had to get away from oily removers because it gets in your eyes and also makes your mascara run no matter how I try to get it washed off. First of all, this is more like a paste but you add water to emulsify. That makes it easier to apply without wasting product. It is oily, but it does not seem to build up at all. It leaves no residue that I can tell, and yet it doesn’t dry your skin out. My mascara doesn’t run in the corners like it did with other products. My skin is very sensitive but this has not bothered me at all. In fact, it seems better than what I was using before. It may take a couple of uses to get all the mascara off, but you use very little, and I had to do that anyway. So I think it removes just as well as the oily products I’ve tried.

This is the only makeup remover that doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin. I’ve had terrible experiences even with products that claim to be hypoallergenic or dermatologist tested for safety!!
I really only use this to remove eye makeup, and it does so sooo easily. It’s the only makeup remover that I don’t find myself losing eyelashes every time I wash my mascara off. It’s got a nice texture and gentle scent. I only use a tiny amount (think pencil eraser size) on each eye, and I wash each eye twice to make sure there’s nothing left behind. This is now my 3rd time purchasing and I love it.
This is my first time purchasing from Amazon, and it was a great experience!! Package came when expected, and item came in brand new condition. I ordered the 3.4 oz size. The product’s box kind of had the look of being rolled around inside a shipping box, so if this will be a gift, keep that in mind. The product itself was flawless as usual, from the classic white container, to the spatula that sits right under the cover, to the makeup remover on the inside.
Something to note: The smallest size’s spatula does not fit in the cover like the bigger sizes. Something to keep in mind if you like everything in its place like I do lol!

I absolutely love the capabilities of this product, don’t get me wrong. It’s my ALLERGIES that don’t love the natural ingredients… this gently removes all my makeup (waterproof mascara, eyebrow gel, cream/powder blush and foundation, lipstick, lipgloss) and doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight or dehydrated whatsoever. It’s the hours afterwards that has me feeling some type of way. My eyes are watering and itchy and my skin feels irritated, like how I do if I sniff a bouquet of flowers.
