Unfortunately the battery failed in this product just outside the 30 day return window for Amazon. When I contacted the company, I was informed that because I purchased it on Amazon and not through their dealer network the warranty was only 90 days instead of the 1 yr they claim.
OK…they did replace the battery but I feel that I was completely misled about this product and where I needed to purchase it. They point to their website and some difficult to find section on there that said basically ” the warranty was limited because I did not purchase it directly from them”… total BS.
The LAST time I will ever purchase a NEMO product period. If they don’t want it on Amazon, then remove it. Do not screw your customer AFTER the fact.

Works great, no issues. I have used it so far on 12×24 and 8×48 tiles. It is a little pricy but definitely worth it to me.

Needed to replace a gas line that was under patio pavers. This worked great to lift them up with ease

I work in a machine shop. I Run a CNC Roughter with 6′ x 13′ table. I mostly work with plastic sheets. We have a set of vacuum cups that a glass or industrial window installer would have. They work well but you constantly need to run the vacuum pump with your thumb. The Grabo is wonderful. It has a vacuum gauge so I can see if I am losing the vacuum ( some of the material is porous so vacuum / air can pass threw it). I love this thing it’s so versatile.

The product itself is fantastic, I have purchased another as the first was so handy, the only issue was the description of the item stating it comes with 2 batteries, however it only came with one. Disputed the issue and showed the description but seller would not accommodate and never sent 2nd battery.
