When I am hungry but not supposed to eat my usual snack, I eat this with yogurt. I prefer yogurt over milk because this lose its shape and crispiness once I pour just a bit of milk and gets super soggy like soaked bran.
I don’t feel guilty eating it. Trader joes doesn’t carry it anymore so I got it here. Thank you!

Best partnered with fruit or honey if you like it sweet, but these are superb if you want a tasty and ridiculously quick breakfast. So easy to eat quickly, and even quicker to prepare. Takes seconds.

I winced at paying $6 for these a couple of weeks ago because they used to $3 prior to 2020. Now they are priced at $13.91, but they do not come with caviar or saffron like they should if they are going to charge that much.

This is a great, good for you, British cereal that I wish we could find more places in the US. It has a low sugar content, tastes great and I think it may actually be good for you. What more could you ask for from a cereal. Love it for breakfast and also as a late nite snack.
