I’ve purchased this twice…. product itself is great. Removes odor, nice citrus smell. Bought because we have a new puppy… great on hard floors and carpet! BUT….. both bottles came with nozzles that didn’t work well… one leaked everytime you shake the bottle, the other nozzle wouldn’t bounce back after pressing so you had to manually push it back with your finger…. I just emptied the contents into an empty spray bottle I had… 5 star for the liquid formula, 1 star for the cheap nozzle. The orange bottle does look nice though.

So I thought maybe other people were crazy, or the company would have fixed it, but the spray top is really bad. Not only does it leak like crazy, but I can’t even take it off now that it’s on to store it. Does anyone know how to get the spray top off once on? As for the scent, it’s pleasant. I don’t know if it will actually eliminate the pet urine that is being sprayed on my front door by the neighborhood menace, or deter them, but it did initially cover the scent. I previously used the Nature’s Miracle Urine Destroyer and if anything that made it worse, so this is at least better smelling and better at covering up. I did also try it on some stains in my kitchen and it did not work at all the way orange oils have worked for me in the past. Still waiting to see if it works long term on the pet urine or as a deterrent, but at the least it makes the room smell citrus fresh. Now as for the top, that is where I deducted point, this is a big deal breaker and I’m surprised the company hasn’t fixed this and would really appreciate them doing so and sending a replacement as I’m on the fence right now about returning this.

I’ve had cats and dogs throughout my 51 years as well as horses. My cats aren’t outdoor cats as we have lots of wildlife that can gobble them up at night. My cats are spayed/neutered however, we have had a few houseguest’s pets visit as well as a few fosters that they weren’t too happy about that started the whole urinating shinanigans!
As most know all too well, cat urine is the devil itself and the smell is even worse to get rid of. Our theory was always to simply ‘throw out’ whatever item had been violated but we can’t quite throw away a floor (or a house) for that matter.
I’ve tried EVERYTHING to rid one particular section of our home of the nasty smell to no avail. Even bleach and baking soda/powder didn’t work. I’ve tried every brand of Biodegradable, fancy animal-friendly bio-chemical items, all claiming they work. But they don’t. We basically live surrounded by smell-good candles and glade plugins in that room.
Enter ANGRY ORANGE ODOR ELEMINATOR. I read the lady’s 5-page essay review on the stuff and was rolling my eyes but, still intrigued and hopeful. I ordered a bottle and crossed my fingers.
WOW! This is the stuff I tell you! I certainly had my doubts but after a good spraydown soak over night, there has yet to be a hint of unpleasant odor! I’m THRILLED! And so is my nose!!! We can finally enjoy our den without the awful smell! THANK YOU ANGRY ORANGE!

Pros:
-Gets rid of cat urine smell on ANYTHING (ours was on side tile & grout of fireplace and under hardwood floor!)
– Not a bad smell. Yes, it is a strong citrus-orange smell when first applied but far outways the latter and dissipates within 12-24h
Cons:
– must keep pets off/out of the treated area until dry but not that big of a deal as it dries quickly. (I did our area before going to bed)
– it’s on the expensive side but we’ll worth the price. I guarantee it.
Note: I’ve seen quite a few reviews that said their order came in and the bottle was broken, leaked or whatnot. My bottle came fully taped. No leaking and packaged well. Spray nozzle was attached to the side firmly and no issues. Will definitely be buying again!

First off my bottle was broke when I received it..luckily it was a piece that didn’t alter the function of the sprayer. After the first use of it the sprayer does get stuck like it’s clogged so you have to pull the lever back up with every spray…..My cat recently started peeing in a spot on the carpet so I thought I’d give this a try. Just spraying on top of the dried pee is not going to make the small go away! It only made it smell like pee mixed with oranges! I soaked the area in a vinegar/water solution first to help pull the smell out, let it sit, then soaked up as much as I could with paper towels. I used the angry orange after and it did a much better job at getting rid of the smell! The orange smell eventually dies down and there was no urine smell left in the air. I could still smell it a little on the carpet itself though. The orange smell is supposed to be a deterrent to cats but my cat was not phased….he still pees in the same exact spot, but at least I now can cover it up!

I am truly AMAZED by this product. One of my toddlers spilled their sippy cup of milk into our couch cushion. I didn’t notice right away.. so it soaked all the way in & went into the foam. Let’s just say, that created an AWFUL smell. I spent 4 days trying to get it out. I used my bissel spot cleaner with a strong cleaner to get it out. Didn’t work. I then took apart the cushion, washed the cover, took the foam out & soaked it in the bath, scrubbed it with soap, jumped on it. Didn’t work. I sat it in direct sunlight all day. Didn’t work. I steamed it. Didn’t work. I was so desperate that I even used a little bleach. Didn’t work. I am very sensitive to smells so having a stinky couch was not going to fly with me. I looked up how much it was going to be to replace the L shaped cushion on our sectional & it was going to be $500. I was defeated.
Before throwing it out I tried on more thing. I ordered this stuff. This was my last try before throwing the whole thing away…
I’m not even joking this took it away almost immediately! It went deep inside the cushion & got all the smell out! I pressed the nozzle up to the couch spraying it deep into the foam just to be sure & it worked!! I literally just received this in the mail this morning & im already leaving this review. THATS how quick it worked. It didn’t just cover the smell either, it is eliminated completely! Like magic! It left a nice scent of orange behind which is nice but I can tell the smell is gone because it was so much stronger than the light orange smell. I will be keeping this in my house from now on, & will also be checking out their other products now. Customer for life.

Allow me to paint a picture. We have 3 dachshunds (long hair, short hair , and wire hair). They are mostly indoor dogs that are mostly potty trained (1 is 10 months and still learning). They also sleep in the bed with us and we keep the doors closed to discourage after hours roaming. This has allowed an odor to creep into our bedroom and no matter how often I clean it remains. Well, I must have been psychic because the smell was at its finest yesterday. Upon entering the house I was greeted with the most engaging scent of expelled doggy glandular fluid and urine. It only got more pungent closer to the bedroom which is where I found my husband in the process of changing the sheets. Harvey, our youngest furry child, had played the chase me game before his dinner and ran to the bedroom and onto the bed where he peed. He was then placed in the bedroom kennel with his food (because the other 2 are savages). Poof, like a cloud of magic smoke out went the anal gland contents all over the wall, floor, and an upholstered bench, probably my dresser too. By the time I had arrived home my husband had already cleaned up all he could find but the smell was sooo intense. It was like Amazon and I had predicted this would occur and suddenly I received the notification that a package had arrived at my front door, just in the nick of time to save our sense of smell and eyesight. Long story short, it worked just as advertised and our bedroom has never smelled so good. Just be aware that the citrus smell is a little strong so if strong scents bother you, like they do me, I would suggest you have a fan on, open doors (if applicable), and open windows to assist in the airing out process.

I would highly recommend this! I read the reviews then purchased and so happy that I did! There were some spots on my carpet where my cat had urinated, and I used an enzyme cleaner called biokleen previously, but it couldn’t get the job done. This cleaner was okay, it helped clean up the mess but could not fully get rid of the odor left behind. I had also steam cleaned those areas, but the smell lingered. I was determined to find the right cleaner and odor eliminator so with the help of Google I came upon this product. Upon receiving it I was anxious to try it out so sprayed it immediately and I have to say this really worked! My carpet smells like citrus but it was not overwhelming. The odors are gone completely! I did not saturate it either, as recommended by another user. It’s been a week, and my carpet still smells good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

works great and takes away odors. The nozzle is messed up and when you pull it towards you to spray you have to manually push it back out to spray again. Which is what I had read in previous comments before I bought and mine is messed up too. No big deal really, it still works and if it breaks completely I will transfer it to another spray bottle. I have 12 pets inside the house so accidents happen and this product helps so much with the smell of pet accidents and pet dander. House smells fresh and citrusy now. 😀

I’ve been doing animal rescue, all of my life… BOTH WILD AND DOMESTIC. I’ve been cleaning up messes, of all types that you can even imagine, for a long, long time. IT HAS BEEN A CONSTANT BATTLE TO FIND ANY CLEANER, THAT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE THE SMELL AWAY… AND, IT DOESN’T COME BACK. ESPECIALLY, WITH CAT URINE.
This started out as a “trial” purchase. I saw the commercial & thought SNOOP DOGG was just funny… and, it wad truthful. So, I bought the ANGRY ORANGE CLEANER & DEODORIZER, AND THE ANGRY ORANGE ENZYME CLEANER.
**** I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SHOCKED AND IMPRESSED BY HOW IT JUST –KILLS– THE SMELL OF CAT URINE, OF ALL THINGS & THE SMELL DOESN’T RETURN… EVER. IT’S BEEN INCREDIBLE!
After trying it, for myself & seeing what it can do, first hand… I ordered the gallon size. I have my own animals and foster some… but, there’s 2 older cats that were NEVER litter box trained… and, just never will be. They both have incontinence problems- that’s not their fault, at this stage in their life… and I have 3 kittens that still make mistakes.
YOU CAN’T HELP BUT TO SMELL CAT URINE, IT IS JUST SO STRONG AND WILL TAKE ON A LIFE OF IT’S OWN!! ALL of the cleaners we’ve used before… even having a “professional” carpet cleaning company come in… just didn’t work. The professional carpet guy said that the carpet and padding will ALWAYS need to be replaced, if a cat pees on it… even saying that the concrete underneath the flooring, will need to be “painted” to prevent the smell from ever coming back??
— THANKFULLY, THIS GUY WAS WAY WRONG! I wasn’t about to lay all of this money down, knowing that it wad going to just happen, again. So, I continued to clean the carpet, when I needed to, with what I had.
I was shopping in AMAZON for “pee pads” or something that I could get the cats to use INSIDE & found the perfect product they could use in the house… and, they FINALLY do…. AND, THAT’S WHEN I SAW ANGRY ORANGE, FOR THE FIRST TIME. I did end up buying both types, the cleaner & deodorizer…. and the cleaner & enzyme remover. Mostly because of the videos… truthfully. I figured that it couldn’t be any worse than what I was already using, our have used, up to that point.
*** HOWEVER- THIS IS THE FIRST PRODUCT… EVER… THAT I’VE USED, THAT FREAKIN’ WORKED!!
I honestly didn’t know what to expect from it, but, as with anything– I just wanted at to work. AND, IT DID!!

The cable technician, that came out to fix an issue… was in the house. He asked how many CATS I had. He then said that he’s counted 8– but, couldn’t even tell that I had ONE, except that he saw them with his own eyes and saw their furniture and toys. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULDN’T HAVE KNOWN THAT I HAD CATS, AT ALL. He said he’s been inside MANY homes and this was the FIRST ONE he couldn’t smell A CAT in, knowing that they’re actually there. So, my cable guy was asking HOW I DID IT & WHAT I WAS USING, because he has 4 cats of this own.

THIS STUFF JUST REALLY WORKS. It took me awhile to realize that I DON’T have to COMPLETELY SOAK the area and it only takes a little… and you’re done– and the smell HASN’T EVER COME BACK!!
